1. What Silky Does
Silky is an AI hairstyle preview tool that generates synthetic hairstyle and hair color results from user photos and text prompts.
2. Safety Standards
Silky publishes clear content standards for responsible hairstyle and hair color exploration. Users are responsible for ensuring that their prompts, uploads, and intended uses follow these standards.
3. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
Silky does not allow prompts, uploads, or outputs intended to create:
- NSFW or sexually explicit content
- Content involving minors
- Illegal or exploitative material
- Blood, gore, extreme violence, violent extremist, or hateful content
- Deceptive face-swaps, impersonation, or harmful deepfakes
4. AI-Generated Disclosure
Silky outputs are AI-generated previews. They are not photographs, not identity records, and not guaranteed to be accurate representations of real-world results.
5. Reporting Channel
If you believe generated content or a user violates this AIGC Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), email support@aihair.life to report it. To help us investigate, please include:
- A subject such as “Violation report”;
- Including, where possible, the relevant content link or screenshot, the reason for the report, the approximate time, and your contact details;
- Clearly marking reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, violent threats, or other urgent risks so we can prioritize review.
We commit to acknowledging reports within 3 business days and normally completing an initial review and providing a handling update within 15 business days. Reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, violent threats, or other urgent risks will be prioritized. Based on the review, we may remove or restrict access to the reported content, restrict generation, suspend access, or terminate accounts where appropriate. Please do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to the report.
