Silky Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Silky subscriptions and one-time credit packs.
2. General Rule
Because Silky provides immediate access to digital services and usage-based AI generation, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been consumed or paid features have been materially used.
3. Refunds We May Approve
We may review and approve refunds in cases such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical failures that prevent purchased credits or subscriptions from being delivered
- Billing errors caused by our systems or payment partners
- Other cases required by consumer law
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are usually not granted for:
- Change of mind after credits are used
- Dissatisfaction with a prompt result that is still a successfully delivered generation
- Misuse, policy violations, or attempts to bypass safety or billing controls
- Accounts under fraud, abuse, refund abuse, or chargeback investigation
5. Chargebacks and Abuse
If a payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, or disputed, we may revoke related credits, suspend paid features, or review the associated account for abuse prevention.
6. How to Request Help
To request billing support, email support@aihair.life and include the purchase email, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
7. Billing Disclosure
Checkout and billing are processed by our merchant-of-record and payment partners, including Creem where applicable. Taxes, billing periods, and renewal details are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
